Q: Are your prices per car or per person?
All our prices are based on type of car/minibus you opt for.
Q: How much luggage can I take?
This is detailed in the booking page and varies depending or Saloon, MPV or 8 Seaters.
Q: How do I know my booking has been accepted?
You will receive an email notification once booking is made via website within 10 minutes. Phone and web chat bookings are confirmed when made with booking agent.
Q; What if I cannot locate my driver?
Booking Line is open 24/7 for any questions that you may have. Drivers normally contact the passengers as soon as they arrive at pick up. You will also receive an email informing you of driver’s car registration & licence number once its dispatched.
Q: What if I wish to cancel and want a refund?
You can request a refund or cancellation up to 24 hours before your scheduled trip after which 50% of fare will need to be paid to cover admin and driver allocation charge. Please ask for manager if you need more information!
Q: Will I be charged extra if my flight is delayed?
Flights are monitored at our operations department and you will not be charged extra for delays. You will also have free 45 minutes waiting time once you have landed to ensure you have plenty of time to get through immigration and baggage.
Q: What if I miss my flight?
You should inform us via phone or email as soon as you find out that you have missed your flight or if it has been cancelled to avoid unnecessary delays and confusions.
Q: What does the price include?
Price includes waiting time of 45 minutes, parking fee if applicable & your fare. Quoted price is fixed price and you don’t pay any more than what you have been told.
Q: How early do I need to book?
You can book as early as possible to avoid availability concerns in peak times. You will also be covered for Price Match Guaranteed for reassurance.
